RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Scottsy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our straightforward returns policy to ensure a hassle-free experience:

14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags still attached. It should also be in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, simply reach out to us at support@scottsy.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Scottsy, 62 Maes Y Llan, Penmaenmawr, WLS, LL34 6RY, United Kingdom.

Return Authorisation: If your return is accepted, we'll provide you clear instructions on where and how to send your package, we will only provide a returns label if the item is defective, damaged or does not match the item description. Please remember that we can only accept returns that have been authorized in advance. Unapproved returns will not be processed. Also, please be aware that if you reside outside the United Kingdom, shipping times may vary.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately, we require notification of damages within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items not eligible for Return: Certain items in our store cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes custom products (like special orders or personalised items). If you have concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items purchased on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges: The quickest way to get the product you desire is to initiate a return and, once approved, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. The same conditions apply regarding the item's condition, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
