UK Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders will be sent same day if ordered before 14:00 GMT. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. All items under 5kg are sent with Royal Mail. Any items over 5kg will be sent via DPD, or DHL Parcel.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, it varies based on size and weight of your package. Working days are Monday-Friday, and for estimated delivery times, start the day after dispatch. For example, if you receive a dispatch email on a Monday, the 1st working day would be Tuesday.



Worldwide Shipping Policy

We ship for free to addresses globally using Royal Mail International Services.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number if you have opted for tracked delivery. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Standard International Shipping provides delivery confirmation only, not full tracking, so no number is provided. Tracked option must be selected during checkout to receive the tracking number.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

At​, our UK and EEA prices have all applicable duty & VAT included in the price. If you are outside these areas, any duty or VAT must be paid by you upon import of the product.

Deliveries can be delayed for a number of reasons, delays at customs, errors with logistics, natural disasters and other reasons not mentioned. International items cannot be deemed lost until 30 working days have passed.

If you haven't received your item, please contact us at, we will investigate on your behalf. In the unlikely event a claim needs to be raised for the loss of your item, we will perform this and issue refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. No claims can be processed for loss until 30 working days have passed.



Scottsy.comis not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at where we will claim with the carrier and issue the appropriate refund or exchange. We require notification of damages within 7 days of delivery.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist us. If you destroy/dispose of the goods, we are unable to claim for them.
