Does wireless charging work?
No — wireless charging is not supported due to the solid aluminium rear panel.
Does contactless/NFC work?
Yes — contactless works on all iPhone models and some Samsung models. Compatibility can vary on certain Android devices.
Are the sides printed?
No — the design is printed on the rear aluminium panel only. The sides are plain black TPU for protection and grip.
Is the case protective?
Yes — the flexible TPU edges help absorb minor impacts, and raised bevels provide extra protection for the screen and camera.

Production & Dispatch
Made to order in our UK studio. Most orders dispatched within 1 working day. Orders before 12pm are usually dispatched same day.
Delivery
Free Standard (UK) — 3–4 working days after dispatch.
Express (UK) — 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Tracking
Dispatch confirmation with tracking information is sent by email, usually between 2–6pm.
Our Guarantee
If we make a production error, we'll reprint and replace free of charge. Contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue.
If something isn't right, get in touch within 30 days — we'll always find a fair solution.
Returns
As every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours.

By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use the images submitted. You're welcome to upload your own photos, artwork or designs.
For third-party images — photography, logos, branded artwork — please ensure you have permission. We print in good faith but reserve the right to pause orders where copyright concerns arise.
