No — wireless charging is not supported due to the solid aluminium rear panel.

Production & Dispatch
Made to order in our UK studio. We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 working day, and orders placed before 12pm usually go the same day.
Estimated delivery dates are shown on every product page and we keep them accurate. During busy seasons dispatch can take a little longer — the estimates on the page reflect that, so the dates you see are the dates to go by.
Delivery
Free Standard (UK) — 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Express (UK) — 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Tracking
Dispatch confirmation with tracking information is sent by email, usually between 2–6pm.
Our Guarantee
If we make a production error, we'll reprint and replace free of charge. Contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue.
If something isn't right, get in touch within 30 days — we'll always find a fair solution.
Returns
As every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours.

By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use the images submitted. You're welcome to upload your own photos, artwork or designs.
For third-party images — photography, logos, branded artwork — please ensure you have permission. We print in good faith but reserve the right to pause orders where copyright concerns arise.

What resolution do photos need to be for a phone case?
The higher the better — pictures straight from your camera roll are usually ideal. Bright, well-lit, full-size images print sharpest. Screenshots and heavily compressed downloads can look a little soft once printed, so use the original file where you have it.
Do personalised phone cases fade or peel?
The design is printed into a glossy aluminium panel rather than applied on top, which is what makes the print long-lasting. The flexible TPU edges take the everyday knocks, and raised bevels keep the panel off the surface when you set the phone down.

Most iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Galaxy A and Google Pixel models. You pick your exact model before you design, so the case is cut for your phone specifically rather than for a size range — cut-outs and buttons line up precisely.
Does wireless charging work with a personalised phone case?
Contactless and Apple Pay work as normal on every iPhone and on selected Samsung models. Wireless charging is not supported, because the back is a solid aluminium print panel — that is what gives the photo its depth and makes the print long-lasting.
Are personalised phone cases protective?
Yes. Flexible TPU edges absorb everyday knocks and drops, and raised bevels sit proud of both the screen and the camera, so neither touches the surface when you put the phone down face-first.
How many photos can you put on a phone case?
Anywhere from one to eight. A single photo fills the whole case, and smaller collages give each picture its own panel. Several designs are available for most photo counts, and you can switch between them at any point before you order.
Is the whole case printed, or just the back?
Your design is printed across the full back panel. The sides are plain black TPU, which is what gives the case its grip and its cushioning. Keep faces and text a little away from the edges so nothing important sits near the cut-line.
What happens if there is a problem with my case?
We put it right. If we make a production error, send us a photo within fourteen days and we will reprint and replace it free of charge. For anything else, get in touch within thirty days and we will find a fair solution.
Can you return a personalised phone case?
Because each case is made to order with your own photos, we are not able to resell it, so we do not take change-of-mind returns. Anything genuinely wrong we will fix — production errors are reprinted free, and damaged deliveries are covered within forty-eight hours.
