What is a Digital Download?
A Digital Download is a high-resolution 300 DPI PNG file delivered by email. No physical item is sent.
How do I receive and download my digital file?
Once your design is ready, you’ll receive an email with a secure link. Clicking the link opens your file in a browser window where you can download it directly to your device.
Why hasn't my digital file arrived?
It may take a few minutes to generate. Please check your spam folder and refresh your inbox before contacting us.
Is the front glass?
No — we use clear acrylic. It’s lighter than glass and shatter-resistant.
Is it ready to hang?
Yes — both A4 and A3 frames are wall-mountable. A4 also includes a stand for tabletop display.

Production & Dispatch
Made to order in our UK studio. We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 working day, and orders placed before 12pm usually go the same day.
Estimated delivery dates are shown on every product page and we keep them accurate. During busy seasons dispatch can take a little longer — the estimates on the page reflect that, so the dates you see are the dates to go by.
Delivery
Free Standard (UK) — 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Express (UK) — 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Tracking
Dispatch confirmation with tracking information is sent by email, usually between 2–6pm.

If we make a production error, we'll reprint and replace free of charge. Contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue.
If something isn't right, get in touch within 30 days — we'll always find a fair solution.
Returns
As every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours.

By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use the images submitted. You're welcome to upload your own photos, artwork or designs.
For third-party images — photography, logos, branded artwork — please ensure you have permission. We print in good faith but reserve the right to pause orders where copyright concerns arise.

What resolution do photos need to be for a photo frame?
The higher the better — pictures straight from your camera roll are usually ideal, especially for the larger A3 size. Bright, well-lit, full-size images print sharpest. Screenshots and heavily compressed downloads can look soft once printed, so use the original file where you have it.
Do personalised photo frames fade or peel?
